Andrew's commercial litigation work includes breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and commercial fraud actions. Andrew also represents clients in connection with government investigations and regulartory matters at both the federal and state level.
Andrew attended law school at night and, throughout law school, worked full-time in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office’s Appeals Bureau as a paralegal. While there, he drafted numerous briefs and motions in many complex criminal appeals. Before law school, Andrew was a special education teacher in the New York City Teaching Fellows. He taught students in grades 2-5 who were classified as having severe emotional disturbances.

In 2016, for his work on behalf of inmates incarcerated for low level drug offenses, Andrew received the firm's Albert E. Arent Pro Bono Award for outstanding contribution to the public interest.
While in law school, Andrew served on the Fordham International Law Journal and, Fordham Moot Court Board.
Life Beyond the Law
As a native New Englander, Andrew lives and dies by the Red Sox’ standings. He also tries to visit his family on Cape Cod as often as possible.
As an adopted New Yorker, Andrew enjoys running in Prospect Park, trying new restaurants, and exploring the City with friends.
