He has represented clients in complex contractual disputes, complex commercial fraud cases, partnership disputes, municipal bankruptcies and workouts, executive compensation disputes, and healthcare regulatory matters. Mark also represented clients in disputes with professionals, including attorneys and accountants, relating to their fulfillment of professional responsibilities.
Mark’s commercial litigation work also included representation of insurers of municipal general obligation and revenue project bonds and guarantees. He has worked on large municipal bankruptcies, including the San Bernardino and Detroit bankruptcy proceedings. Mark’s bond recovery work included the exercise of equitable and statutory remedies, including mandamus relief, as well as complex workouts and settlement negotiations.
Mark’s intellectual property work has included patent, trademark, and copyright infringement matters, intellectual property licensing, anti-counterfeiting litigation and seizures, and domain name disputes.
Mark’s healthcare work included representation of healthcare providers in connection with shareholder disputes and reimbursement issues in both private and Medicaid-funded sectors. Mark represented a leveraged buyout purchaser of a premier medical imaging practice in a variety of litigation and regulatory matters.
